SALESFORCE GOING TO VOICE

Parker Harris, Salesforce Salesforce has announced Einstein Voice Assistant, a voice interface, which will be available as a pilot in the winter 2019 release of the company’s CRM application. Administrators will be able to build Einstein Voice Bots connected to Salesforce, which will be piloted in the summer 2019 release. Pricing information will be released at the time of general availability.

“Einstein Voice will usher in a new era of conversational CRM, delivering new levels of productivity and redefining customer experiences with voice technology,” Parker Harris, Salesforce co-founder and CTO, said in a prepared statement. With Einstein Voice Assistant, users will be able to conversationally update Salesforce. Einstein Voice Bots will enable companies to customize voice-enabled interactions. The company says administrators will be able to build bots with a few clicks and deploy them on Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
