Blockchain Trading Game Still in Beta Pulls $2M in Investments

FinLab EOS VC Fund and a number of other investors combined to raise $2 million for Uplandme, which is developing a “digital property-trading game running on top of the EOS blockchain.” So reports Coindesk.

The game, currently in beta testing, will be available for wider use later this year. The game has been compared to the Parker Brothers’ “Monopoly” and allows players to buy, trade and sell imaginary properties. The game uses non-fungible tokens, rather than paper cards, to designate ownership.
