A study from Visual Objects found cryptocurrency is more often used to buy food and clothing than anything else, despite the fact that one-third of those surveyed think its primary use is for stocks and illegal purposes. So reports Bitcoinist.

shopping 1232944 640smallThirty-eight percent of those questioned said they use digital currencies to buy food and 34% said they use it to purchase clothes. However, 15% admitted to using it to buy weapons and 11% said they used it to buy drugs.
