Recently, Polygon Labs submitted a proposal to that end, though, and may be the frontrunner to land the gig. Initially, it appeared Celo was primed to select Optimism’s OP Stack to execute the migration, but Optimism, Polygon and a number of other firms are still in contention for the job.
