Hightower, EquityZen Join Forces to Create Private Liquidity Network (PLN)

New York’s EquityZen and Hightower are teaming up to create a Private Liquidity Network. So reports Crowdfund Insider.

Equity Zen is a fintech that operates a secondary marketplace and it will be the first member of the new PLN partnership. Hightower’s PLN “offers advisers a unique tool to support clients holding private company shares,” according to the article. EquityZen will “provide liquidity for pre-IPO shares” to Hightower’s clients looking to diversify or get cash to finance life events.
