Fiserv Facing Litigation Amid Security Concerns

Bessemer System Federal Credit Union, a Pennsylvania-based fintech, is suing Fiserv after claiming the company had serious software security flaws that exposed financial and personal information of customers. So reports Krebs on Security.

Fiserv systems power the websites of banks and credit unions. Fiserv is planning to buy payment processer First Data for $22 billion in stock sometime in the second half of this year.
