Both live lavish lifestyles prosecutors claim are evidence they did not use the investments lawfully.

'Kryp+0 K!ng' Charged in 'Scam' Taking Millions from Investors, ex- MLB Players
A complaint from Arizona federal court alleges the self-proclaimed “Kryp+0 K!ng” and his partners ripped off more than 100 investors, for millions of dollars. Some of the alleged victims are former MLB players, who were not named. So reports Quartz.
