AskRobin, Serving Underbanked in Latin America, Scores New Funding

Estonia-founded AskRobin picked up $1.7 million in funding toward its operations, which are aimed at providing financial services for the “underbanked” in Latin America. So reports Tech Crunch.

Other tech entrepreneurs from the country participated, such as Ragnar Sass and Taavi Tamkivi. AskRobin is compared with the U.K.’s Credit Karma, “which pairs free credit scoring with a marketplace of suitable financial products,” according to the article.
