Fintech nCino Plans $210M Offering, Potential $2B Valuation

Venture-backed tech firm nCino filed an updated S-1 form and is planning to sell shares worth up to $183 million—and up to $210.5 million including shares offered to underwriters—in an initial public offering. So reports TechCrunch.
