After CEO Jamie Dimon said the company was on the hunt for fresh acquisitions, JPMorgan Chase announced it will purchase fintech startup 55ip. So reports CNBC.

JPMorgan The Boston-based fintech helps financial advisors “automate the construction of tax-efficient portfolios,” according to the article. The terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
