Stockholm-based Klarna is about to finalize a $1 billion funding round that would raise its valuation to a whopping $31 billion. So reports CNBC.

The company is “Europe’s top tech unicorn,” according to the article, and now enjoys at least double the valuation of the second most valuable company in that space, Checkout.com.
