Navy Makes Deal with Consensus Networks to Develop Medical Supply Line Platform

The U.S. Navy inked a $1.5 million deal with Consensus Networks to build a blockchain-based logistics system to monitor the health of close to 700,000 marines and sailors. So reports Cointelegraph.

US NavyThe HealthNet platform is about half finished, and is expected to be piloted sometime in the beginning of next year. The Air Force also recently engaged in a blockchain partnership, while the Navy extended a contract to Simba Chain to develop a “secure messaging platform.”
