Visa Among Seed-round Investors in Sudan’s Bloom Fintech

Sudan-based fintech Bloom has raised $6.5 million in seed funding after taking in an undisclosed sum of pre-seed money last year. So reports TechCrunch.

Bloom offers digital banking services and high-yield savings. The funding round included participation from Visa, Global Founders Capital, Y Combinator and Goodwater Capital among other investors.
