Under Self-quarantine, Arizona Rep. Introduces Cryptocurrency Bill

Rep. Paul Gosar introduced “the Crypto-Currency Act of 2020” while under self-quarantine after reportedly being exposed to the coronavirus. So reports Bitcoin News.

image 3046639 640smallThe bill, among other things, seeks to clarify which agencies will regulate various digital assets and require those agencies “to notify the public of any federal licenses, certifications, or registrations required to create or trade in such assets, and for other purposes,” per the bill’s text. Gosar said he consulted with Metal Pay CEO Marshall Hayner and investor Erik Finman while developing the legislation.
