Buffett: Bitcoin Has 'No Unique Value'

Warren Buffett, a billionaire investor and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, slammed the world’s most valuable cryptocurrency in a recent interview, claiming it’s a delusion and “attracts charlatans.” So reports CNBC.

Buffett added he does believe there is potential in the underlying blockchain technology, but said that is a separate matter from the value of the cryptocurrency. Among some other notable critics of bitcoin are Bill Gates, Robert Shiller, Nouriel Roubini and fund managers Howard Mark and Ray Dalio.
