U.S. Fintech Marqeta will begin servicing Europe from a London base of operations. So reports Reuters.

The financial technology startup helps digital-only banks and other new companies issue payment cards. Founder and CEO Jason Gardner said Europe is a promising market due to a growing number of Fintech startups and digital only banks. Marqeta is backed by Visa Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
