Robinhood, Ripple Among Firms Added to Fintech 250 List

There are 113 new additions to the CB Insights Fintech 250 list, including Robinhood, Ripple labs and Xapo. So reports CCN.

The annually-compiled list ranks "250 of the most promising businesses in the Fintech space ranging from capital markets to insurance to wealth management and digital banking." A number of companies added to the list are experiencing strong growth despite an overall slump in the crypto market. CB Insights data shows the 2018 Fintech 250 list has raised close to $53 billion in the last five years.
