ZELF 'Anonymous' Debit Card Lets Users Sign Up Sans SSN, Address

American fintech ZELF rolled out a new “anonymous Visa debit card” allowing users to sign up with significantly less personal information than needed for traditional cards. So reports Cointelegraph.

As such, users will only need a name, phone number and email address—proof of address and a social security number are not needed—to open a checking account. Cardholders will be able to fund their accounts with electronic payments, wire transfers, traditional money and crypto.
