Charlotte Hosts 2nd Annual Southeast Fintech Venture Conference

Approximately 250 Fintech company investors and founders met in Charlotte for the Southeast Fintech Venture Conference to network and pitch ideas. So reports The Charlotte Business Journal.

The conference, now in its second year, is geared toward startup companies. Paul Tyma, chief technology officer of LendingTree Inc., gave the conference's keynote address and said during the speech that California's Silicon Valley is losing its Fintech exclusivity. Attendees came from Charleston, Raleigh, South Carolina, Atlanta and Austin, Texas.
